The building has been transformed after the remaining scaffolding has come down following completion of  works to the roof, gutters, rendering and communal satellite / TV ariel. This has allowed the upper part of the building to be painted. Below the old brick work has been cleaned and is ready for repointing. Inside the first floor flats are almost complete ... just awaiting their final clean and carpets to be fitted. The top floor flats have now been plastered and partly painted and are ready now to have their kitchens installed. The hallway has been rendered and over the next week or so will be plastered. Its all happening as we prepare for our first open day planned for mid July
