What an amazing month although to the casual eye not much seems to be happening as much of the work taking place is finishing which consumes so much time. This includes second fix electrics and plumbing, plastering the hall and installing the kitchen and carpets in the top floor flats. Exernally the hoardings have been taken down and paving relaid after it was taken up in order to get the drainage runs. The original bricks have now been cleaned and re-rendered to a superb effect. Internally, the ground floor flats are now moving forward as the builders work down. Pre-booked open days are now operating twice a week and are generating massive interest. Once the carpark is complete we will have the free for all launch day which is likely to be near the end of August.
