Reservations
In order to accept a reservation, prospective purchasers must be in a position to exchange contracts within 28 days and be able to provide solicitors details. The reservation deposit is £1,000. This is non-refundable, and in return, the property will be withdrawn from the market. The reservation deposit will be deducted from the 10% exchange deposit, due on exchange of contracts.
Maintenance and Lease Terms
