The last month seemed tough but August was definately tougher as work focused on finishing and snagging the upper flats in addition to working on the common areas in preparation for the launch weekends that are taking place throughout September and subsequent occupation. Plastering has now finished throughout the development leaving second fit electrics, plumbing, kitchens and decoration in the final three flats. Externally work is racing ahead with railings starting to be errected, along with new fences and the demolition of the old garage in preparation for the car park area.
